To access Timekeeper, staff can log in at https://timekeeper.dpsnc.net/. No software needs to be installed on the device.
To access Timekeeper from a DPS Chromebook follow the steps below:
Instructions how to clock In and Clock Out with Linq Time Keeper from Chromebook
- When the Chromebook is power on and connected to the internet.
- You don’t need to log in, at the first screen look at the bottom left corner of the screen beside of Shut Down Icon, you will see Apps Icon. See the screenshot below.
- Click on Apps, and another small window will come up,
Look for Linq Time Keeper select it, see screenshot.
- After selecting Linq Time Keeper, now LINQ Time Keeper interface will comes on, please let few seconds for the Time Keeper to be up. See the screenshot below.
- In the blink box please Type your 5 digits Employee ID in, it will prompt you to type your Pin in please do so. See the screenshot below. The first time you sign in, your pin will be your Employee ID. Afterwards, you will be prompted to change it. If you forget your pin, you will need to reach out to Payroll to reset it.
- As you are log in now, please go ahead and Clock in,see the screenshot below.
Remember the same instructions are required to clock out,
And for security reasons the LINQ time keeper running time while log in is no more than 2 minutes before logs you out.
