When a copier is moved, it picks up a new IP address and a new name (location based) is needed. 
  • Requester opens ticket requesting for the changes
  • Site tech visits site to access copier and confirm new location, retrieves Configuration page and indicates new name.
  • Attaches details to ticket and escalates to Systems team
  • Systems team makes new IP reservation, renames copier and closes tickets. (at times they might send back ticket to tech to verify on site functionality before closing ticket).
