Computer Not Connected to Internet

1. Check that device is connected to Ethernet cable correctly

  • is it fitted into back of computer without falling out?
  • is it fitted into data port on wall without falling out?

2. Are you on correct wireless network (workstation SSID)?

3. Are you on "Airplane" Mode?

4. Confirm website address typed correctly - does another device connect to same site?

4. Reboot to confirm
